Strathmore Senator was selected as a Sire for his strong breed phenotype and sheer scale, and he has continued to grow into what we expected as he was purchased as a very young bull. He is producing progeny with dark coats and strong Breed Type with good looseness of skin but still having good navels and tight sheaths on his offspring. He was purchased with no EBVs so his figures are taking a while to build and should be stronger next month when more data on his calves will be processed by breedplan. On his Sire’s side of his pedigree, he carries Wilgaroon Jester and Warenda Sahara two sires who have both been very influential within the breed. As he was purchased late in the joining season, he will have limited sons in our sale this year, but his wearer bulls are up with the best in there drop for the 2026 sale.
